Care

To help ensure the roses you get from The Rose Solution maintain their incredible beauty, we’ve provided instructions for both store owners and customers. Follow the instructions below to learn how to properly care for your roses!

RECEIVING FLOWERS IN THE HOUSE!

  • As soon as the flowers are received they should be put in a cooler until they can be processed.
  • Ideally, that means right away.
  • Have a spot ready for the cases you will receive each delivery.
  • Dairy or Beer coolers are better than produce coolers due to gasses if you have the option.
  • Stack it safely on a cart or shelves with the lids removed to air out the condensation until you can process the flowers-Do not set boxes on ends or handle roughly.
  • These are well packed, but they are also still very fragile.
  • Cut the bunches and immediately put them in water-Cut only what your cutter can handle then IMMEDIATELY place the stems in water.
